General Labor/ Paint & Powder Line AssociateJoin the Hamilton-Ryker Team!Location: Frankfort KYShift: 1st shift Monday – Friday 6:30am – 5:00pm (10hr shifts)Pay: $19.50 DOUBLE TIME PAY FOR ANY OVERTIME HOURS WORKED!What you'll do:As a Paint/Powder Line Associate, you'll support production operations by preparing, handling, and finishing metal wire shelving products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires a high level of physical activity, including heavy lifting, standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.Regularly heavy lifting up to 50 – 75lbs or more consistently & repetitivelyLoading and unloading finished product/ wire shelving onto moving overhead conveyor at automated finishing lineStacking finished products onto pallets to be shippedOperate presses, brakes, benders, and manual weldersMonitor equipment during operationSetting up equipment to run production jobsBand and wrap palletized productMeasuring and cutting product to ensure qualityHigh level of physicalityStanding for long periodsRotating throughout different positions on a lineWorking with team of 7-10 teammatesWhat we need from you:Must be at least 18 years old or olderComply with client's substance abuse & background policy2 years RECENT manufacturing experience in assembly, production or machine operation5 years of steady work historyMust be able to lift 50-75lbs consistentlyWhy you'll love it:Temp to Hire position based upon work ethics and attendanceWeekly payDirect DepositMedical insurance options401(k)Apply today!
