We reward performance.What We're Looking For:You have direct manufacturing experience; experience with powder coat paint systems is even better!You have leadership experience and the ability to create a team first mindset in your area.You are comfortable working with Plant Leadership to execute and achieve the goals for your department.You keep safety a top priority and make sure your team understands and follows proper procedures and techniques.You are an effective communicator who likes working with a diverse team.You are a problem solver who enjoys working with others.Tasks/Responsibilities:Executing the Production Plan set by Plant LeadershipInterpreting standard production drawings and job specifications to ensure your team executes builds successfullyInspect products to verify conformance to specifications and quality of outputTrouble shoot repairs needed for equipment and/or defective materialsManage safety of all employees and machine/tool usageReview and approve weekly timecards and manage the team's schedule/time off requestsTrain and develop your team membersMaintain a clean and orderly work areaFocus on building productsRequirements:At least two years of management experience in a manufacturing settingExperience working on a powder coat paint lineStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to read and interpret blueprintsProficiency in using hand tools and operating machineryFamiliarity with basic math and measurementsAbility to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of timeComfortable on a forklift and using pallet jacksHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefits:We value our team members and believe in providing competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including:Competitive wage with annual increases and a performance-based annual bonus.401(k) retirement planHealth, dental, & vision, insurance coverageCompany paid life, short- & long-term disability insurance coveragePaid time off for vacation, holidays, and personal daysPaid Holidays and PTO
