1st Shift Painter P3Brillion, WisconsinCategory: Light IndustrialJob Type: Try-Before-HireLocation: Brillion, Wisconsin 54110Position Summary: The Powder Coat Painter is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal components to meet quality and production standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a durable, high-quality finish on parts used in outdoor power equipment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare parts for painting, including cleaning, masking, and hanging componentsApply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipmentMonitor coating thickness and ensure even applicationLoad and unload parts from the curing ovenInspect finished parts for quality, coverage, and defectsPerform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenanceFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work areaMeet daily production goals and quality standardsQualifications:Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to read and follow work instructionsBasic mechanical aptitudeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsWillingness to work in a team-oriented environmentWork Environment:Manufacturing/production settingExposure to heat, paint powders, and industrial equipmentRequires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
