We are seeking a skilled 1st Shift Plastic Cutting Operator to join our production team.Job Summary:As a 1st Shift Plastic Cutting Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production processes by operating specialized equipment to cut and shape plastic materials. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations.Key Responsibilities:Operate cutting and shaping equipment to process materialsMonitor production processes and maintain quality control standardsCollaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issuesMaintain a safe and organized work environmentQualifications:Demonstrated experience in a production or manufacturing settingProficiency in operating machinery and equipment used in plastics processingStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently and effectively in a team environmentWorking Conditions:This role will be based in a plastics manufacturing environment, which may involve exposure to noise, vibrations, and potential safety hazards.
