Job description
Production OperatorKey Responsibilities:Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections.Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.Maintain accurate production records and logs.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.Identify and report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pmPay: $15.00Qualifications:Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and follow instructions.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment.Referral Bonus Opportunity!Know someone who would be a great fit?
