Rewinder OperatorPosition Summary: We are seeking a Rewinder Operator for a manufacturing facility in Green Bay. This role is responsible for operating rewinding equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow on the production floor. Good attendance and reliability are essential.Schedule & Pay:Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM–3:00 PMFriday: 5:30 AM–11:30 AMStarting Wage: $16.50 per hourIncrease: Additional $0.75 after 30 daysTemp-to-hire opportunity after 480 hoursResponsibilities:Operate rewinding machines to specificationInspect materials for defects and ensure quality standardsTrack production output and maintain accurate documentationPerform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issuesFollow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work areaRequirements:Strong attendance and punctualityAbility to stand for full shiftsCapability to lift up to 50 lbsPrior manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
