Job description
1st Shift Robot Welder/OperatorThe role requires an individual with strong attention to detail who can read Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and efficiently load parts into fixtures, close clamps, and unload the robot. A basic mechanical aptitude or experience in manufacturing around CNC machines is essential, along with some basic welding skills. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
