Shift SupervisorDigital Room LLC is a leading provider of high-quality printing and marketing solutions. We are committed to innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service, offering a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where employees are empowered to grow and make an impact every day.The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing assigned manufacturing personnel during their designated shift to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production operations. This role oversees daily workflow execution, enforces company policies and safety standards, monitors performance metrics, and ensures production targets are achieved while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:45 AM to 2:15 PMDuties & ResponsibilitiesStrong supervision skills: labor scheduling, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolutionWill be responsible for leading team huddles daily before shift startsMust be able to review / manage attendance daily along with their shift schedules, PTO calendar, etc.Manage inter-facility tasks and/or concerns and process resolutions when required.Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.Produce job tickets and process specifications for completion.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support operational and business needs.QualificationsKnowledge of offset & digital printing processes and equipmentAt least 3 years' experience in a leadership/supervisory/production scheduling position, preferably in a manufacturing setting.Preferred experience using Management Information Systems and other production management software.Proficient in MS Office SuiteLean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement exposure (e.g., 5S, Kaizen)Preferred knowledge in safety procedures, OSHA regulations, etc.Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysisExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAvailability to work rotating shifts and/or other shifts, weekends, and overtime as neededTechnical QualificationsData-driven mindset: ability to collect, analyze, and act on production metricsStrong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop frontline teamsEffective communication across shifts, with operators, maintenance, and qualityResults-driven mindset to meet deadlines and specificationsChange management aptitude for new processes or equipmentPrinting/Packaging Industry certificationPhysical RequirementsAbility to see, hear, and communicate effectively in a manufacturing environment to support safe and efficient production operations.Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as required.Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shiftAbility to walk and move throughout the production area for approximately 50% of the workdayWhat are the perks and benefits of working at Digital Room?Collaborate with leading print professionals in a fast-paced, high-tech, safe, and enjoyable environmentCompetitive pay and growth opportunities.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage (location-specific).Employer match 401(k) up to limits.Company-sponsored Life and AD&D Insurance.Flexible Spending Account and voluntary benefits.Paid holidays and PTO.Employee discounts on all products.Company-sponsored training and certifications.Fun workplace and wellness events, and morePlease note: Actual compensation within the range will depend on various factors including the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
