1st Shift Welder – Weekly Pay – Start ASAPLocation: Tea, SDPay: $24-28/hourHours: Monday–Friday 6:00am-3:30pmWho We AreWe are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques (emphasis on MIG), a strong understanding of metal fabrication, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. This role is critical to ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our products and projects.ResponsibilitiesSet up and weld parts using MIG weldingUse hand tools such as grinders, air, and power toolsRead, understand, and follow blueprintsPerform quality checks to ensure high standardsMaintain a clean work areaKeep up with production demands while working safelySkills/QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; technical certification or welding school preferredMinimum 1 year of welding experience (vocational school counts)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPhysical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials and prolonged standingJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of LENNOX, SD.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
