Job Description
Job Title: Client-Fetal Medicine Physician
Profession: Physician (MD)

Experience: Minimum Years of Experience required
License: Board certification in Client-Fetal Medicine required
Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, Other certifications not required
Must-Have:
- Experience in managing pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH)
- Proficiency in handling HELLP syndrome
- Knowledge of Diabetes (Type I, II and Gestational)
- Capability to manage Cardiac Disorders (Class II or higher)
- Familiarity with Pulmonary disorders
- Expertise in Renal Disorders
- Understanding of Neurological Disorders
- Management of Autoimmune disorders
- Experience with Hematologic/Oncologic disorders
- Knowledge of Collagen vascular disease
- Competency in VBACs (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean)
- Experience with Vaginal breech delivery
- Handling Placenta previa/abruption
- Proficient in managing multiples gestation
- Experience with vaginal deliveries (preferred)
- Proficiency in performing C-sections
- Skilled in instrument-assisted deliveries (forceps, vacuum, etc.)
- Experience in amniocentesis-genetic
- Capability in performing cervical cerclage
- No requirement for intrauterine transfusion
- No requirement for multifetal pregnancy reduction
- Proficient in performance and interpretation of ultrasounds
- Experience with Level II/targeted ultrasounds (required)
- Preferred experience in echocardiography
- Preferred experience in chorionic villus sampling
Description:
We are looking for a board-certified Client-Fetal Medicine physician.
The provider will deliver outpatient consultations and obstetrical ultrasound services.
Inpatient MFM coverage will include antepartum and postpartum rounding, and consults.
Participating in cerclages and some deliveries is part of the responsibilities.
The position involves home night call, Labor and Delivery backup call, and weekend inpatient rounds.
Supervision of MFM APP(s), fellows, and residents is also included.
Weekday outpatient hours will be from 8 AM to 5 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
Weekday inpatient hours are from 6:45 AM to 5:30 PM.
The weekend schedule includes beeper call/backup from Friday 5:30 PM to Saturday 7 AM.
Additionally, Saturday rounds will be conducted, and beeper call/backup continues until Monday 7 AM.
