Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full Time The LEEAP Center, Charlotte, NC, US

Today Requisition ID: 1094

Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

Who We Are

At The LEEAP Center , we do things differently—and purposefully.

As Charlotte's leading interdisciplinary pediatric therapy provider, we believe therapy is more than a service. It is a lifeline of support, advocacy, and compassion for children with neurodevelopmental differences and their families. Our team of behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists works together with intention, curiosity, and care to support the whole child and the whole family .

At The LEEAP Center, " Beyond Therapy " is more than a phrase. It reflects how we show up for families, how we collaborate across disciplines, and how we invest in our team. We are building something special: a mission-driven, family-centered environment where clinicians are supported, empowered, and equipped to make a meaningful impact.

We are not looking for someone to simply fill a role. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is mission-aligned, values-driven, and excited to be part of something bigger than themselves. Someone who believes in collaborative care, family empowerment, and helping children do more than reach milestones, but truly thrive . We are the new era of ABA. #ABAwithPurpose
