CNC Machine OperatorBelmar Integrated Logistics is hiring a CNC Machine Operator in Irving, TX for a full-time daytime schedule. This is not a master-level CNC position. Our operation performs basic cutting operations, and we are looking for someone with mechanical aptitude, basic CNC knowledge, and an interest in learning and growing within the industry.If you are comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and learning new processes, we encourage you to apply.CNC Machine Operator ResponsibilitiesSet up CNC machines, cutting tools, and raw materialsOperate and monitor CNC manufacturing equipmentRun test cycles and monitor machine performanceAdjust material feeds and operating speeds as neededRead blueprints, technical drawings, dimensions, and specificationsInspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring toolsMonitor equipment for unusual sounds, vibrations, worn tools, or operating issuesRemove chips and debris from equipmentRefill coolant and perform basic machine cleaningMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow production, quality, and safety proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to read and understand blueprints and technical drawingsBasic math, algebra, and geometry skillsStrong mechanical aptitudeFamiliarity with CNC or computer-controlled manufacturing equipmentBasic understanding of machine controls and programmingAbility to use or learn calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring toolsAbility to follow instructions and maintain quality standardsWillingness to learn new equipment, processes, and manufacturing techniquesAdvanced or master-level CNC experience is not required.About Belmar Integrated Logistics Belmar Integrated Logistics provides workforce and sourcing solutions supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations.We are looking for dependable employees who want the opportunity to learn, develop new skills, and grow with an evolving operation.
