Primary Purpose of the Organization:
The Federal Work Study Program is designed to provide financial aid resources through part-time employment for students having documented financial need for assistance in meeting their educational expenses. The program must be a supplement to existing aid for students, thereby increasing part-time job opportunities throughout the campus.
The Division of University Advancement conducts the university's fundraising, outreach with donors and management of the funds for the Foundation. The Division includes Advancement Services, Alumni Relations, Office of Development.

Title: WS Administrative Support Assistant
Job Description: Administrative Support Assistant - We are looking for students with different types of skills to provide basic administrative assistance to University Advancement and its departments. Additionally, they will serve as Brand Ambassadors, representing University Advancement positively. Tasks can include filing, answering phones, assisting with projects and/or events, networking and speaking, and other general administrative tasks and errands. Technical experience is a plus but not required.
Job requirements: Basic computer skills, able to communicate effectively, professional demeanor with a positive attitude, comprehends with ease, confidential, great time management skills.
