Job Description

This is a key entry-level leadership role within Aramark's Management Accelerator Program (MAP). The structured, cohort-based pathway is designed to develop the next generation of Aramark leaders.

MAP participants are placed in one of Aramark's eleven Lines of Business, focusing on Food & Hospitality, Facilities, or Refreshments services at client sites across the United States. The role combines hands-on experience with structured leadership development, mentorship, and cohort-based learning. Participants are expected to demonstrate strong leadership potential and a commitment to growth within Aramark.

This Finance-focused MAP opportunity supports and provides exposure to a complex, multi-state operation. The role is designed for early-career professionals looking to build their careers in finance while developing experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and operational finance.

Through the program, participants will gain hands-on experience and exposure to experienced finance and operational leaders while developing the skills and leadership capabilities needed to progress toward a Finance Manager role.

Job Responsibilities

Review? monthly operational financial reports and assist in preparation of any client facing financial reporting, including reconciliation of client invoices and statements, and any supporting documentation.

Assist with preparation for annual budget.

Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports to monitor the performance areas such are labor, direct cost, revenue, expenses, and profit by area of responsibility.

Collaborate with managers and directors to identify and drive key levers to improve margins.

Train and motivate staff in financial controls, policies, and procedures.

Assist with operations support as needed.

Work with teams on budget, cost control, and forecasting.

Assist in oversight of Accounts Payables and Account Receivables

Assist in internal annual audits for sight locations. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree completed prior to program start, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Graduating between December 2026 and August 2027; program start dates may vary.

Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, campus involvement, or prior work experience.

Demonstrated interest in building a career in finance.

Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
