Field Sales Engineer Rotational Programonsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future. With a focus on automotive and industrial end-markets, the company is accelerating change in megatrends such as vehicle electrification and safety, sustainable energy grids, industrial automation, and 5G/cloud infrastructure. Our intelligent power and sensing technologies solve complex challenges and lead the way in creating a safer, cleaner, and smarter world.This 6-month rotational program is designed to prepare new college graduates for success as Field Sales Engineers. Participants will rotate across three corporate sites and engage in a structured curriculum that blends real-world experience with professional development.Program Components:Shadowing: Learn directly from experienced FSEs through customer meetings, account reviews, and strategic planning sessions.Projects: Contribute to live sales initiatives, including customer engagement strategies, competitive analysis, and product positioning.Simulations: Participate in mock sales scenarios to practice objection handling, value-based selling, and technical presentations.Training Classes: Attend structured sessions on sales tools, CRM systems, product portfolios, and market dynamics.Self-Led Learning: Access curated resources to deepen understanding of onsemi's technologies and customer segments.ResponsibilitiesSupport sales growth through both commercial and technical engagement with customersCollaborate with FAEs and business units to align product offerings with customer needsAssist in account strategy development and executionParticipate in customer meetings, product demos, and technical presentationsAnalyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales tacticsPerformance Objectives:Expand onsemi's presence as a strategic partner with key accountsBuild strong relationships across sales, marketing, and engineering teamsContribute to regional sales plans and customer engagement strategiesHelp identify new opportunities and drive adoption of next-generation solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsInterest in customer-facing roles and technical salesWillingness to relocate for rotation assignments and flexibility for final deployment locationPreferred Skills:Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)Basic understanding of electronic components and systemsExperience with technical presentations or customer-facing projectsAbout Usonsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
