Responsibilities
nThe Summer Customer Experience Analyst will be responsible for assisting the CX team to evaluate the current experience our visitors receive across our retail and office spaces and identify enhancements as well as opportunities for growth. Comparing current practices against other top hospitality operators and researching ways AI and advanced technologies can better streamline processes will also be asked of this position.
nCX supports Retail, Office, and Residential departments , as well as the Related Life Program, Marketing activations and programming, and a number of other functions. This position will be expected to support events and other projects as needed, with a customer-centric mindset.
nCX Market Research Capstone Project
nThe intern will be asked to present a detailed comparison of other designated retail shopping centers within Florida, noting their strengths and weaknesses as compared to our own multi-use spaces, and recommendations for any implementations . The analysis will include:
nnnGift card program
n
nnAmenities offered on-site, as well as which are free and which are paid
n
nnConcierge, if offered (comparable to our brand ambassadors)
n
nnUniforms for onsite concierge, janitorial, valet, and security
n
nnValet and parking options and processes
n
nnAnything else that was notable or memorable from the visit
n
n nThis information will be used to evaluate CityPlace, Village Landing, BRiC , and as applicable, the Office Collection.
nAdditional daily duties may include:
nnnSurvey analysis of retail visitor and office tenant feedback

nnSupport of CityPlace and Office event s
n
nnCX preparation for Village Landing
n
n nQualifications
nnnCurrent undergraduate junior with a target graduation date between December 202 7 - May 202 8
n
nnActively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in M arketing , Public Relations, Communications, or any other relevant field
n
nnA strong passion for hospitality
n
nnExhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge
n
nnDemonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing
n
nnSelf-Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges
n
nnAbility to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenged in a dynamic environment
n
nnResume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
n
