nThe Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.

nThis intern will focus on developing operational finance metrics and dashboards that provide business leaders with actionable insights to improve operational performance across the T&D Infrastructure organization. The role will analyze financial and operational data from systems such as SAP, Power BI, and OneStream, identify key performance metrics, design and build an Operations Finance Dashboard, and collaborate with leadership to refine, finalize, and transition the reporting solution for ongoing use.

nnManaging multiple projects with overlapping tasks and working independently with minimal supervision.

nnProviding support and assistance to co-workers as appropriate.

n nWhat will help you thrive in this role?

nnnFull-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship program period (May-August 2027), pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship (required)

n

nnMinimum 3.0 GPA (required)

n

nnExperience with Microsoft Office products preferred

n

nnFamiliarity with relevant software and systems

n

n nIntern compensation is determined based on academic standing and expected graduation date. Hourly rates for this position range from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour.
