Super Bowl Fan Experience 2027 | Teammate

Location: Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles, CA
Event Dates: February 10 through February 13, 2027
Dress Code: All black business casual
Pay Rate: $22/ Hour
Pay Date: Net 30 from the end of the event
Pay: Staff are paid only for verified hours worked.

Fierce Staffing Services is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and professional Teammates to support the Super Bowl Fan Experience 2027 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Teammates will help create memorable fan experiences by engaging with attendees, supporting event activities, and bringing a positive, customer-service mindset to a fast-paced environment with large crowds.

Wednesday, February 10, 2027: 1:30 PM to 9:15 PM PT
Thursday, February 11, 2027: 1:30 PM to 9:15 PM PT
Friday, February 12, 2027: 1:30 PM to 9:15 PM PT
Saturday, February 13, 2027: 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM PT
Saturday, February 13, 2027: 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM PT
Mandatory TrainingYou must attend one of the following mandatory onsite training sessions before working the event:
Sunday, February 7, 2027: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM PT
Sunday, February 7, 2027: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM PT
Tuesday, February 9, 2027: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM PT
A required virtual training session will take place in January 2027. The date and time are TBD and will be provided in early to mid January 2027.
Teammates will provide professional, guest-facing support according to the final client operating plan and onsite direction. Exact placement and task assignments will be confirmed through onboarding and the final schedule.
Primary responsibilities may include:
Greeting and engaging fans to help create an exceptional experience
Providing helpful information and customer service to attendees
Assisting with crowd management, event flow, and fan inquiries
Supporting activity zones to help maintain smooth operations
Maintaining a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times
Completing timekeeping accurately for all worked time
QualificationsHighly professional and polished in appearance and manner
Customer service, hospitality, or event-staffing experience is preferred
Comfortable working in large crowds and high-energy environments
Strong communicator with excellent customer-service instincts
Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
Adaptable and comfortable with changing onsite priorities
Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full assigned shift exactly as scheduled
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, up to eight hours
Able to attend mandatory training before the event. Training date and instructions are to be confirmed.
Credential Disclosure RequirementApplicants must disclose whether they will work for another agency during Super Bowl week. This information is required so Fierce can confirm credential location and required approvals. Failure to disclose a second agency may prevent onsite access.
