Registered Nurse - Operating Room Specialist
Location: Seattle, WA, USA
Work Schedule: Flexible Shifts (10- & 12-Hour Shifts)
Compensation:
Base Salary: $80,000 - $151,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 for qualified hires, plus comprehensive relocation support

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Practice: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate surgical patient care. Develop and continually refine patient care plans.
Advocacy: Promote patient autonomy and dignity through proactive partnership and ethical advocacy in care planning.
Education: Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Safety and Quality: Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in all nursing procedures.

Leadership: Lead and coordinate nursing teams, ensuring effective delegation and professional conduct.
Qualifications:
Accredited Nursing Program Graduate.
Registered Nurse License in WA (or ability to obtain before starting).
BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
Minimum 1 year OR nursing experience.
National Certification in a related specialty.
