Thrive USA Home Care CaregiverThrive USA Home Care is seeking qualified caregivers to provide in-home support across Maryland, DC, and Florida. Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities while maintaining professional standards and person-centered care practices.Compensation and Benefits:Hourly Rate: $19-20/hourPaid Team Meetings and TrainingsPaid Mileage Between ClientsSame-Day Pay Access via TapcheckSupplemental Insurance (Aflac)Legal Support Services (Legal Shield)Team Building EventsReferral BonusesOpportunity to Transition to W-2 Employment Status Upon ReviewPosition Responsibilities:Provide person-centered care as outlined in individual service plans, including but not limited to assistance with mobility and transfers, bathing, dressing and grooming, and meal preparationWork independently in clients' homes following established care protocolsDocument care activities in the patient care portalMaintain reliable weekly availability and willingness to travel throughout service areasRequired Qualifications:Valid HHA or CNA certification, or willingness to complete HHA certification courseCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationPassing background checkTB/PPD test required prior to employmentValid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insuranceHigh school diploma or GEDLegal authorization to work in the United StatesPhysical ability to perform job duties including lifting, assisting with mobility, and walking for extended periodsAbility to document care and communicate via phone and electronic systems
