ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Maintains sanitary conditions in and around the facility(s)Monitor and clean up debris outside of building as neededMaintain the heating system at the centerMakes repairs and maintenance work requiring handyman abilities including painting, simple carpentry and plumbingKeeps housekeeping inventoryCooperates with staff on all housekeeping detailsReports any serious maintenance and repair needs to supervisorModel positive work ethic for staffQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
