Job description
Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield is seeking a Command Center Analyst to monitor and support the Enterprise computer and application network environment. The role collaborates with CCAs, System Administrators, Engineers, and Developers to maintain AlwaysOn availability for members and providers.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related experience, 3+ years in networking, and familiarity with ITIL, network, and data center concepts.
