Job description
One Hope United is seeking a Living Room PRN Crisis Specialist/Case Manager in Springfield, IL. The role provides on-site crisis intervention, case management, counseling, and mental health services to adults, 24/7/365 within the Living Room program.
Under supervision, you will assess immediate needs, coordinate with care providers, and document services in a timely, trauma-informed manner. A BS/BA in a human services field and valid driver’s license are required.
