Job description
Bluebird Fiber is seeking a Supervisor for the Network Service Center in Kansas City. This full-time role provides frontline leadership for NSC Specialists in a 24x7x365 environment, managing incidents, tickets, outages, and customer-facing communications.
You will monitor workloads, coordinate with Tier II/III teams, and ensure timely escalation and resolution during outages. The role requires shift flexibility, strong decision-making, and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer
