* Shift Type: 24-hour (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
* Estimated Shifts per Month: 10
* Expected Patient Encounters per Day: 5-8
* Average Deliveries per Hospitalist: 1-4
* OB/GYNs Providing GYN Coverage: Yes, emergency cases only
* First Assist Available to Hospitalists: Yes
* Hospitalists Provide Backup to Midwives: Yes
* Hospitalists Provide Backup to Family Practice: Yes
* Backup Available to Hospitalists: OB/GYN ED Call
* Average Monthly Hospital Deliveries: 63
* Average Monthly Hospitalist Deliveries: 6
* NICU: Level II Specialty
* MFM Coverage: Available via tele-consult; Heartland manages MFM patients
* Residency Program: Family Medicine
* Neonatal Coverage: Pediatricians onsite 24/7; NICU consultations available via telehealth
* EMR: Epic
