Job DescriptionDescription We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established primary care team in Alexandria Bay, New York, located in the scenic Thousand Islands region along the St. Lawrence River. Compensation Base Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 annually, based on experience and productivity

Job Responsibilities Provide outpatient family medicine services to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Deliver preventive care and health maintenance services
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Collaborate closely with experienced clinical and administrative staff
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Contribute to improving the overall health of the community
Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in New York State
DEA certification or eligibility
Passion for community-focused healthcare
