Job description
Amgen Cambridge, MA is seeking future leaders for its Operations Emerging Talent Rotational Program. You will rotate through processes in Cambridge, developing leadership, technical, and collaboration skills while tackling challenging tasks and driving improvements across multiple functions.
The plan includes 26 months of rotations with mentorship, ongoing feedback, and exposure to Quality and Process Development. A strong science or engineering background and collaborative mindset are essential.
