2nd And 3rd Shift PipefitterTipton - Martin Energy - Tipton, MO 65081This position is eligible for a 15% shift differential.Assemble, weld, install, and maintain piping systems and related equipment for industrial and energy-related production systems. This role requires interpreting complex engineering drawings and performing precision pipe fitting—primarily on stainless-steel piping—while ensuring all work complies with ASME codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED, or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum of 3–5 years of fitting experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)Must successfully pass a state and federal criminal background check and pre-employment drug screeningDesired QualificationsExperience reading and interpreting P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and isometric piping drawingsFamiliarity with manufacturing processes, plant utilities, and process systemsProficiency in using precision measuring instrumentsExperience working with stainless steel piping systems in industrial settingsAbility to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditionsJourneyman-level pipefitting (or equivalent training and experience) PreferredStrong commitment to safety practices and proper use of PPE (e.g., hard hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, respirators, hearing protection)
