Job description
Newell Brands is seeking a Part-Time 2nd Assistant Store Manager for Yankee Candle at Evergreen Walk in CT. You will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience, leading a high-performing team, and driving profitable top-line growth.
You'll coach employees, ensure store standards, manage daily operations, and help optimize inventory, safety, and loss prevention while working a flexible schedule including weekends.
