Job description

Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts (required)
Experience with pediatric care, ideally in a school, camp, or similar child-centered environment
Knowledgeable in 1:1 nursing care for students with medical needs
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff
Flexible and compassionate approach to deliver care across various grade levels
Reliable and organized, maintaining accurate health records and documentation
Primary Responsibilities: Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care for assigned students across listed elementary and high school grade levels
Monitor, assess, and respond promptly to students' health needs while at school or school events
Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to support student wellness and academic participation
Administer medications and treatments as directed by student care plans
Promote a safe and inclusive environment, addressing both routine and urgent medical issues
