The Assembler contributes to maintaining a smooth workflow by adhering to safety protocols and collaborating with team members to meet production targets.Attention to detail and consistency are essential to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this role supports the manufacturing process by delivering assembled products that meet company specifications and deadlines.Schedule2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30PM-2:30AMMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documentsBasic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to work assigned shift consistentlyAbility to follow safety guidelines and proceduresPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in an assembly or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with hand tools and basic machineryBasic understanding of quality control processesStrong communication and teamwork skillsPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksResponsibilitiesAssemble components and parts according to instructions and blueprintsInspect assembled products for quality and accuracy, identifying defects or issuesOperate hand tools and equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standardsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsSupport resolution of assembly-related challenges during productionSkillsManual dexterity and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential for assembling components accurately and maintaining product quality. Attention to detail helps identify defects early and reduce rework.Experience with hand tools and familiarity with quality control processes can improve efficiency and overall output.
