AssemblerDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Assembler for a leading manufacturing company located in Mahtomedi, MN. Read below for more information!Perform assembly operations such as wire stripping, tinning, plugging, twisting, hand crimping, and packagingRead, understand, and follow process sheet as providedOperate bench-top equipmentProperly clock into jobs/operations using a computerRotate between assembly areas as directed by manager or leadInspect assemblies for proper form and function per print and process sheetIdentify and report quality issuesHigh school diploma or GED; or comparable work experienceDemonstrated ability to accurately assemble parts using prints, process sheets, or specifications, etc.Basic mathematical operations, including the use of fractions and decimalsAbility to accurately read and interpret a rulerAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsAbility to work cooperatively with coworkersAbility to use and understand computers and their software programs such as an ERP systemEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
