2nd Shift Automation OperatorCoWorx is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator in the New Bedford, MA area! We're looking for a detail-oriented Automation Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge robotic metalizing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and are mechanically inclined, we'd love to hear from you! Schedule: 3:30 PM – 12 AM Monday – FridayResponsibilities:Operate and monitor robotic metalizing equipment.Ensure proper metalizing coverage and identify any process changes.Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.Maintain consistent product quality and production standards.Desired Background/Skills:Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationExcellent attention to detailExperience using microscopes (preferred)Basic computer skillsMechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipmentAny additional technical or manufacturing experience is a plusHigh school diploma or GEDBasic math skillsAbility to follow detailed instructionsPlease note: This position involves working with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and is subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
