CNC Laser OperatorSummit Products has a 2nd shift CNC Laser Operator 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:30am (Friday's as needed)QualificationsCandidates must be accommodating in a team environment, and have a great working attitudeAbility to interpret blue printsStrong organizational and time management skillsMust be able to work independently and in a team setting depending on taskCandidate must be reliable, regular attendance is requiredExcellent work ethic with the ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision while meeting all product quality requirementsFull time position, 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:30am (Friday's as needed)Must be willing to work overtime as requiredMust be able to lift 50 lbsResponsibilitiesThe position requires the programming, setting up, and scheduling of sheet metal parts for laser cuttingThis individual will work closely with the laser operators as well as Fabrication supervisor to determine priorities and also the Purchasing Department to maintain inventory of raw materialsNest and schedule laser cutting jobsAssist laser operators at machinesMinimize waste and optimize use of full sheets of steelGenerate fabrication drawings and partsAdditional duties as assigned by managerWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical partsRequires frequent standing, walking and bendingBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceParental LeavePay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
