Coating Machine Operator / Coating Specialist – 2nd ShiftSTM | An AMTRACO CompanyStarting Pay: $19.50–$21.00 per hour Shift: 2nd Shift Location: 4221 Courtney Road, Franksville, WI 53126Put Your Hands-On Skills to WorkHave experience in manufacturing, printing, or machine operation? Bring your skills to STM and help produce high-performance adhesive products used across a variety of industries.We're looking for a 2nd Shift Coating Specialist to operate coating equipment, mix adhesives, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy working with machinery, following a process, and contributing to a team, this could be a great fit.Why Join STM?Performance-based pay increases: Opportunities for new hire increases at your 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month milestones.Paid time off: Six PTO days annually, plus vacation time that increases with tenure and service days to volunteer in your community.Health coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Company HSA contribution: Available to employees who enroll in our medical insurance.Retirement savings: 401(k) with a generous company match.Company-paid life insurance: $25,000 in coverage for every full-time employee.Additional protection: Voluntary short- and long-term disability, accident, hospital indemnity, life insurance, and AD&D coverage.Personal and professional support: Employee Assistance Program, continuing education, and career development resources.Recognition for your service: Tenure rewards focused on experiences and wellness.What You'll DoOperate and monitor coating equipment used to manufacture adhesive tape.Follow recipes and production instructions to mix batches of adhesives in our chemical mixing area.Use your machine operation or printing experience to help keep equipment running properly.Maintain accurate production and material records.Coordinate with other departments to keep supplies and materials available.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Support other production activities and help teammates meet daily production needs.Help deliver quality products that meet customer expectations.What You BringA strong commitment to safety and following established procedures.Willingness and ability to learn coating equipment operation and adhesive mixing processes.Attention to detail when following recipes, handling materials, and recording production information.Clear communication, dependable teamwork, and a willingness to take initiative.An understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles, including reducing waste and keeping work areas organized.Relevant experience: Machine operation, printing, coating, chemical mixing, or manufacturing production.Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Physical RequirementsThis is an active production role that involves:Lifting and carrying materials weighing 40–60 pounds.Standing for extended periods.Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, and pushing.Using hands and fingers to grasp, handle, and manipulate tools and materials.Climbing ladders and moving across stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces.Essential job functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.Ready to Apply?Bring your hands-on experience and work ethic to STM.
