Job OpportunityLocation: Dayton, OH Pay: $18/hr Schedule: 2nd Shift Available Full-TimeWhy You'll Love This Job:$18/hr starting pay 2nd shift options Monday–Friday schedule Long-term opportunityWhat You'll Be Doing:• Build and assemble wooden pallets according to specifications • Use hand and power tools, including nail guns and saws • Measure, cut, and position wood materials • Inspect completed pallets for quality and proper construction • Move and organize materials throughout the work area • Maintain a clean and safe work environmentWhat We're Looking For:Previous pallet building, carpentry, construction, or woodworking experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read measurements and use a tape measure Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
