Job description
Technical Rubber Company (TRC) in Johnstown, Ohio, is hiring a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift. The role involves assembling tire repairs (patches) from rubber and fabric, operating multiple machines, and recording labor in the MES system. High school diploma and at least 1 year of experience preferred.
Candidates must read ISO charts, follow work orders, and maintain accuracy and safety. The environment may require lifting up to 55 lbs and standing for long periods.
