We invest in the best equipment, technology, and people — because we believe in quality, teamwork, and creating opportunities for growth.Why You'll Love Working Here:Competitive pay + BonusMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO) and holidaysTeam-oriented, supportive work cultureWhat You'll DoWe're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented operator to run our label finishing equipment and help deliver high-quality printed labels and packaging in a manufacturing setting.In this role, you'll:Set up and operate finishing equipment such as slitters, rewinders, die cutters, and inspection systemsPerform job changeovers, including loading materials, setting tensions, and adjusting machine settingsComplete start-up checklists and ensure jobs are run according to specificationsInspect labels using a video monitor and visual inspection to ensure quality, color, and registration accuracyIdentify, flag, and document defective material and communicate issues to leadershipMonitor production speeds, minimize waste, and meet daily production targetsAccurately record label counts, downtime, and production data in logs or systemsPackage finished product according to customer specificationsPerform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment running efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S practices)Communicate effectively with team members and the next shift regarding job status, issues, and prioritiesWhat You'll Bring:High School Diploma or GED1–3 years of machine operation experience (printing or manufacturing preferred)Strong mechanical skills and attention to detailBasic math and ruler-reading abilityTeam-player attitude — willing to jump in and help wherever neededAble to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feetAt Inovar, our values of Customer Focused, Partnership Driven, and Team Engagement guide how we work with our customers and with one another.Join Us!If you're looking for a place where your work is valued and your career can grow, Inovar might be the perfect fit.
