Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITES:Must be able to lift 50+ lbs periodically throughout the shift.Must be able to use a scale and record weights correctly.Must be able to follow GMP'S and HACCP regulations.Must be able to keep area clean.Must be forklift qualified or pass forklift certification test.Perform and properly document HACCP checks.Conduct and properly document HACCP Direct Observations.Must be able to learn and use the AS400 to record and verify ingredient use and yields.Must be able to use the AS400 to manage inventory of ingredients and WIP items.Collect required samples and turn in to Quality Control.Must be able to read and write English.Must be able to record lot numbers on formula sheets.Must be able to identify allergens.Must be able to perform all reasonable work assignments.QUALIFICATIONS:Able to work in a team environmentAble to communicate with co-workers and supervisorWork independentlyMust have a good attendance recordHormel Foods provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race; color; sex; gender identity; sexual orientation; religious practices and observances; national origin; pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions; status as a protected veteran or spouse/family member of a protected veteran; or disability.
