Haeger Machine Operator - 2nd ShiftThe 2nd Shift Haeger Machine Operator (Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining Haeger machines to produce high-quality components efficiently and safely.This position is responsible for setting up the machine, monitoring performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output and consistent product quality. The operator works closely with quality control and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintaining a safe working environment while meeting production goals. This role supports the overall manufacturing operation by ensuring products meet strict quality standards during second shift production.2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AMHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience operating Haeger machines or similar manufacturing equipmentBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenanceAbility to read and interpret production orders, blueprints, and technical documentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety proceduresExperience in a manufacturing environment on a 2nd shift scheduleFamiliarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principlesBasic computer skills for production tracking and data entryCertification in machine operation or industrial maintenanceAbility to troubleshoot mechanical issues independentlySet up and operate Haeger machines according to production specificationsMonitor machine performance and product quality throughout the shiftPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipmentIdentify and report mechanical issues or defects promptlyMaintain accurate production records and communicate with supervisorsFollow all safety protocols and company policiesCollaborate with quality control to ensure product complianceMechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for properly setting up and operating Haeger machines while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
