nWe are looking for a Harness Technician to join one of our aerospace clients.
nThis is a 2nd Shift, 9/80 position, 3PM - 12AM.
nPosition Responsibilities: • Fabricate harnesses for spacecraft and ground systems • Build and terminate high quality wiring harnesses for racks and boxes • Assemble wire harnesses per J‐STD‐001 space, NASA.STD.8739.4A • Use hand tools, repairing and troubleshooting electronic components • Use wire harnesses with equipment such as high potential testers, multimeters, force gauges • Read schematics, harness wiring diagrams, layout drawings, mechanical drawings, circuit layouts, and parts lists • Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications • Use computer applications for work documentation • Document non-conformances and associated rework/repair
nPay Rate: $29.42/hr - $47.09/hr
nSkills and Requirements
nnHigh School Diploma or GED
n1+ year of experience as a technician in aerospace or equivalent industry and/or Trade School training
nExperience using hand tools, repairing and troubleshooting electronic components
nCertified MSS -SOP Rev B Harnessing Build Standard Practices and Inspection
nExperience working in 100,000 Class cleanrooms with ESD sensitive components
