Job description
Carvana in Manville, NJ is seeking a Line Lead to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates in our Inspection Center, ensuring production and quality goals are met. This frontline role focuses on safety, coaching, and continuous improvement.
You will coordinate daily activities, monitor performance, train staff to Carvana’s Quality Control standards, and collaborate with the IC General Manager to decide on repairs and inventory readiness. Visa sponsorship is not available.
