Metal Machine Operator - 2nd ShiftLocation: West Phoenix, AZ Pay: $22.00 - $28.00/hour DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM Overtime AvailableExpress Employment Professionals is currently hiring Metal Machine Operators for a growing metal manufacturing company in West Phoenix. We are looking for dependable individuals with solid manufacturing experience, strong job tenure, and the ability to work with precision measuring tools in a fast-paced production environment.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in metal manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, or similar production environments who are looking for a long-term career opportunity.ResponsibilitiesOperate manual metalworking and production machines safely and efficientlyRead and interpret work orders, blueprints, and manufacturing specificationsPerform quality inspections throughout the production processUse calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring instrumentsVerify product dimensions and maintain quality standardsLoad and unload materials into machinesMonitor machine performance and identify potential issuesComplete production documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standardsQualificationsPrevious experience in metal manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, or a related production environmentExperience operating manual manufacturing equipment preferredStrong understanding of measuring tools and quality inspection processesAbility to accurately read calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devicesComfortable working with measurements, tolerances, and production specificationsStable work history with good job tenureAbility to lift, move, and handle materials as neededStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWhat We're Looking ForDependable employees seeking a long-term opportunityIndividuals who take pride in producing quality workTeam players with a strong work ethicManufacturing professionals who can work independently and maintain productivity goalsPay is $22-$28 per hour depending on experience.
