As a CNC Mill Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines. Typical responsibilities include performing self-inspections on your parts using prescribed gauges, jigs, and fixtures to ensure they meet close tolerances, utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for inspections, changing your own tools and adjusting compensations accordingly, performing part deburring under a microscope to ensure quality assurance and mitigate Foreign Object Debris (FOD).Lockheed Martin is a global aerospace, defense, and security company that pioneers advanced technologies and innovative solutions. We are committed to fostering a culture of integrity, and excellence.Basic Qualifications:Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings.Knowledge in CNC mill setupBe able to inspect using general hand tools.Quality driven individual able to support team environment.Detail oriented with housekeeping and organization skills.Desired Skills:Ability to use web-based computer applications.Ability to work in either team or individual environment.Flexibility with work schedule and machine assignments.Ability to support overtime as business needs dictate.Previous CMM experience.Previous LM experiencePay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $ - $ At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
