Exceptional benefits package, 401K Plan, Family Atmosphere, and plenty room for growth!Here is how YOU would help benefit the team:Station or Machines:Manual lathesJob Duties / ResponsibilitiesSet up lathesOperate lathesSelection of toolingInspection of product to blueprintAccurate reporting of production and labor to company proceduresUpdate setup records as neededLocate, load, and store tape programPerform preventive maintenance as requiredCleaning of work areaMovement of parts to next operationQualificationsPreferred Qualifications (Experience, Education or Certification)Two (2) years vocational school or one (1) year machine shop experienceMust be able to read and write in EnglishMust be able to operate hoist or craneHigh school graduateFive (5) years experience on NC lathesMinimum Physical QualificationsMust be able to lift 40 lbs.Must be able to operate hoist or craneMinimum QualificationsOne (1) year machine shop experience on manual lathes or high school graduate and six (6) months experience on manual lathesFamiliar with safety rules and proceduresSetup and operation of equipmentAble to read blueprints and understanding of tolerancesUnderstanding of quality procedures and requirementsMust be able to read and write in EnglishFamiliar with departmental procedures and instructionsOn-Going Training RequirementsHoist and crane operationSafety rulesOperation of machineTraining and seminars as deemed necessary by managementMinimum Physical QualificationsMust be able to lift 40 lbs.Must be able to operate hoist or craneMinimum QualificationsOne (1) year machine shop experience on NC lathes or high school graduate and six (6) months experience on NC lathesFamiliar with safety rules and proceduresSetup and operation of equipmentAble to read blueprints and understanding of tolerancesUnderstanding of quality procedures and requirementsMust be able to read and write in EnglishFamiliar with departmental procedures and instructionsOn-Going Training RequirementsHoist and crane operationSafety rulesOperation of machineTraining and seminars as deemed necessary by management
