Job description
Product AssemblerThe Product Assembler assists in the production and maintenance of producing Combat Application Tourniquets. This position is required to rotate throughout multiple work stations.Responsibilities:Repetitive movement with basic hand tool usageLight manufacturing (hand lay-up, semi-automated equipment)Ensure and produce quality products at each work stationAssist in identifying and separating materials and/or products that may have potential non-conformances and report findings to Quality and/or LeadsEnsure safe working practices are followedFollow established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment; including immediate work area, breakroom and restroomsAdhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelinesAttend all required employee meetings and trainings as scheduled by direct supervisor, management or administrationMaintain individual skills and keep up to date with latest production and production required conceptsOther duties as assigned by managementRecommended Skills:Job time management, must work at an incentive paceSelf-motivated and safety consciousStrong accuracy and attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent multi-tasking and organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressure and within tight time-linesWork Environment:Required to stand and walk frequently. Moderate lifting (materials and tooling), must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and is required to have keen vision abilitiesFrequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. Environment maintains an increased noise level.Work hours: Monday-Thursday, 4:00PM-2:00AMQualifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
