Production Lead Job DescriptionSinomax is "Comfort for the World". Delivering comfort and enhancing lives across the planet with our innovative and top-quality products. We are a global manufacturer and distributor of polyurethane comfort products, specializing in memory foam. Our mattresses, pillows, and mattress toppers are sold in more than 10,000 stores around the world. We are currently seeking an experienced Production Lead for our La Vergne TN facility. We are looking for someone to work 3:30pm - 2:00am Monday through Thursday with occasional overtime on Friday.The Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing the production process in a manufacturing environment. They will be required to operate powered industrial equipment and have a thorough understanding of production equipment. The Production Lead will need to interpret and translate standard operating procedures and ensure that all applicable OSHA and environmental regulations are being followed. They will need to be willing to work overtime, longer days, and some weekends if required. The Production Lead will need to be proficient in general computer knowledge and have the ability to perform basic math. They will need to be able to adapt to and work in a fast-paced environment.Overall, the Production Lead will play a critical role in ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. They will need to be able to communicate effectively with other team members and be able to lead by example. Work experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
