Job description
Dover Food Retail in Conyers, GA seeks a Manager, Production - 2nd Shift to lead safety-first manufacturing operations across multiple lines with ~280 team members. You will schedule daily and weekly production, balance labor, drive continuous improvement via OpEx, Lean, Kaizen, and ensure on-time delivery while fostering a high-performance culture.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent, 10+ years of leadership, 5–7 years in high-volume plants, and strong ERP/MES experience
