Job description
Brakebush Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager for the 2nd shift at the Westfield, WI facility. You will work with other managers to drive productivity and quality, and to implement LEAN initiatives across cross‑functional teams.
The role requires strong supervisory experience in food processing, familiarity with GMPs/HACCP, and hands-on leadership to mentor staff, optimize scheduling, and improve safety and efficiency. Travel is possible for training.
