A 2nd Shift Production Supervisor job with a stable, growing company!Reporting into the Production Manager, as the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:Supervise, guide, and lead all aspects of the 2nd shift production operations.Oversee and staff of around 40 individuals.Implement safety and quality control measures in line with company policies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot any production issues.Manage employee performance and attendance and provide constructive feedback.Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.Enforce compliance with all local and federal safety regulations.Train new employees on company policies, safety procedures, and job duties.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
